Our naturopath has carefully selected this blend of organic herbs, to help support a deeper, more rejuvenating sleep cycle.

Herbs used in this blend, including passion Flower, valerian and lavender, have traditionally been used to support the nervous system, aid relaxation and improve sleep quality. This is a gentle, comforting blend of earthy Botanicals, which offers a smooth, slightly sweet and refined mint finish.

Directions:

Place a heaped teaspoon ( 2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75c-85c and allow to infuse for 3-4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Best consumed without milk or sweetener.

Warnings:

Store below 30C in a dry place away from sunlight.
