Grown in the UVA province in Sri Lanka and fairly traded with local growers, this blend is a combination of mid and small leaf tea. It offers a delicate balance of sweet muscatel body with a fresh and enlivening finish, making this the perfect breakfast tea.
Directions:
Place a heaped teaspoon ( 2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75c-85c and allow to infuse for 3-4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Best consumed without milk or sweetener.
Warnings:
Store below 30C in a dry place away from sunlight.
