This cacao chai offers a blend of traditional chai spices, and fairly traded cacao, from our friends at Loving Earth.

The aromatic spices of star anise, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom perfectly compliment cacao, which is rich in antioxidants and Magnesium.

Offering a smooth and creamy texture, this spicy blend is the perfect combination of chai tea and hot chocolate.

Directions:

Place a heaped teaspoon ( 2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75c-85c and allow to infuse for 3-4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Best consumed without milk or sweetener.

Warnings:

Store below 30C in a dry place away from sunlight.
