Directions:

Take one or two tablets at night. Increase up to 4 tablets if required.

Warnings:

Keep out of reach of children.

Not recommended for children under 12 years.

Drink plenty of water.

Increase fibre in diet except in cases of medication induced constipation.

Prolonged use is not recommended and may lead to dependence or serious bowel problems.
